We are aware of a issue with noVNC failing to work for VPS's and VDS's, We are working to fix this.
This only affects Console access on our client dashboard & This does not affect your VPS/VDS ordering, We will manually setup SSH or RDC for you so you can use your service.
For the mean time we please ask that you open a ticket once you have ordered a VPS/VDS, Else we will open a ticket from our side for you once we have completed the setup.
Please also make sure when you place the order you pick what OS and include the other necessary fields when placing the order.
We will provide a update to all affected customers once this has been fixed.
